What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

week end perturbé par le bruit

ayant demandée a changer de chambre que j avais reservé au rez de chausée qui a notre arrivé sentait fort le tabac froid . nous avons u une chambre au 1 er etage tres bruyant la nuit des personnes parlant tres fort sur le meme palier pendant plus d une heure vers 2 heures du matin. J'en ai informé l hotesse a mon arrivée au petit déjeuner le matin.

Seul inconvénient de la chambre 12 la fenêtre de s ouvre plus car la tringlerie est cassé.on ne peut donc pas aéré.sinon nous sommes très satisfait.
