Bonjour Membre du BB HÔTEL depuis 8 ans J’avais réservé une chambre pour le mercredi 13 novembre que j’ai annulé le lundi 4 novembre à 11 heures 10 par la centrale de réservation à Brest et en même temps j’ai fait une réservation pour le BB HÔTEL de Dreux pour le 14 novembre Mais la personne a Brest a oublié d’annuler la chambre pour CHARTRES Et à ma grande déception j’ai été débité de 53,50 euros pour une chambre que j’ai annulé Passant à l’hôtel de CHARTRES je jeudi ont m’explique qu’il n’y a pas eu d’annulation de fait et que je leur ai fait perdre une nuit d’hôtel car l’hôtel était soi-disant complet Cela m’étonne fortement car il y’a un autre BB HÔTEL a 30 mètres à côté qui n’est jamais complet Je réserve entre 2 à 3 chambres par semaine depuis 8 ans !!!!! Très déçu de la réaction de l’hôtelier Je suis en pleine réflexion sur la suite de notre collaboration Juste pour info le service après vente m’a offert une chambre gratuite Ce qui me paraît normal et surtout après 8 ans de réservation En vous souhaitant bonne réception P Guesnon

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

From Paris A11 : Exit N°2 Chartres Est, then direction Le Mans/Tours on the bypass. At the third roundabout, turn right.

From Le Mans A11 : exit N°2 Chartres Est then at the first roundabout direction Chartres, and direction Le Mans/Tours. At the fourth roundabout, turn right.

From Tours/ Le Mans/Dreux by N10: direction Paris/Orléans.

From Orléans N154 : direction Chartres and go staight at the next roundabout.
