lovely hotel
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean room, excellent bathroom. Safe parking underground beside hotel. In busy but nice part of town. Would stop there again.

Charged by staff's mistake, not recommend this hotel ![trustyou]()
Had a reservation for a triple room, travelling for business for 27th of November. Having trouble with the Renfe trains, we informed the hotel to transfer the reservation for the next morning. The employee cancelled the reservation, as we seemed a Non-show client-while we had already informed the hotel- and charged us with cancelation fees. A week later, still calling to the hotel- both us and Booking. com- to confirm that we stayed at this hotel and the cancelation fee was charged because the night shift didn't inform the morning shift we want to keep the room! The girl in the reception desk told us she would so, but apparently was did nothing. It is a clean hotel, with comfortable rooms, nice lobby and polite staff. Unfortunately, struggling to get my money back due to their mistake, makes me not to recommend this hotel for your stay.

La habitación a veces no esta bien limpia y hay mucho ruido del personal de limpieza arrastrando muebles muy temprano. Por lo demas todo estupendo, tanto el personal como la comodidad de la habitación

Tolles Hotel mit guter Lage. Reaktionsfreudiges und freundliches Personal. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl an Speisen. Wir reisen mit einem Hund. Sehr sehr attraktives Hotel für Reisen mit Haustieren. Für unseren Hund bekamen wir vom Hotel ein kleines Geschenk, das alle unsere Erwartungen übertraf.
