What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Alarme incendie

L’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée à 6h50. Personne du personnel n’est venu nous voir pour nous dire si c’était une vraie évacuation ou pas. L’alarme retentissant depuis un moment , nous sommes descendu. Lorsque nous avons évacué dehors avec les enfants après un moment, nous avons croisé une jeune femme du pdj qui nous a indiqué que c’était un petit truc de rien et qu’on pouvait remonter sans s’excuser de la gêne. Il y avait de la fumée et une forte odeur de brûlé. Elle avait brûlé le pain et viennoiseries au four du pdj. Si elle avait ré enclenché l’alarme personne n’aurait évacué. C’était brouillon les clients ne savaient pas quoi faire. Rien n’était organisé.
