What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Pas satisfaite

Nous avons du changer de chambre car la 1ere qui nous a été attribuée, il y avait l odeur de la cigarette. La 2e, la fenêtre se fermait mal nous avons entendu toute la circulation de la rocade, et notre porte de chambre ne pouvait pas se fermer à clefs. Nous l avons signalé à la réceptionniste quand nous sommes allés dîner mais pour elle c était normal... Nous avons dû le temps de notre absence, mettre nos affaires dans la voiture . Nous sommes très déçus de cet hôtel et nous n y reviendrons pas Le petit déjeuner est ridicule, les viennoiseries ne sont pas de qualités et il n'y a pas de choix.

Nous sommes désolés pour les désagrements subis pour l'odeur de la cigarette car sachez que toutes nos chambres sont nons fumeurs et malgré que nous contrôlons nos chambre tous jours certains ne respectent pas les régles. Vous n’avez pas rencontré lors de votre séjour le niveau de qualité conforme à vos attentes, veuillez nous en excuser. En ce qui concerne le pdj nous sommes un hôtel 2 * avec un pdj de qualité qui offre du choix ( 2 sortes de viennoiseries fraiches du mation , 2 sortes de pain et brioche, oeufs , bacon , céeéales .. etc. Nous tâcherons à l'avenir de vous satisfaire au mieux en faisant le nécessaire pour améliorer les différents points que vous avez soulignés dans votre avis.
