What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

B&B hôtel valeur sûre/ Celui de Bègles à améliorer

B&B hôtel est une chaîne très agréable où je séjourne régulièrement à Marseille, Bordeaux, Lyon, etc.... Celui de Bègles m'a un brin déçu lors de ma visite de février 25. Des travaux sont actuellement en cours, je souhaite pour l'amélioration du confort. Sol très humide le soir et le matin côté fenêtre suite à forte condensation sur la fenêtre. Paroi de douche étroite = sol de salle d'eau inondé. Chambre adaptée demandée, pas sûre que ce critère ait été pris en compte. Un fauteuil roulant ne passe pas. Travaux tôt le matin dans chambre attenante.

Cependant, veuillez noter que vous avez réservé une chambre à deux lits et non une chambre PMR. Les chambres PMR au B&B Bordeaux Begles sont proposés en vente si disponibilité, par contre elles n'existent dans notre hôtel qu'en format grand lit et non deux lits. N'hésitez pas à demander directement à la réception s'il y a possibilité de changer de type de chambre.
