What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Déçus de cet hôtel

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel en début d'après midi. On nous annonce que nous n'avions pas payé un petit-déjeuner enfant ? Nous avions fait une réservation à l'hôtel deux jours plus tôt pour un adulte, un adolescent et un enfant avec 3 petits déjeuners ? L'accueil a été très froid et pas à la hauteur de cette chaîne hôtelière ( j'en ai fait 3 cette année). Arrivés dans la chambre, un tas serviettes de toilettes jonche le sol de la salle de bain et il n'y a qu'une serviette pliée au dessus des toilettes ! Je me signale auprès de l'employée d'étage. Elle retire les serviettes et remets 2 serviettes sans avoir changé celle qui restait des précédents clients. Les gobelets non plus n'ont pas été changé s. Le service du petit déjeuner laisse malheureusement aussi à désirer ( viennoiseries au compte goutte, nombre de couverts insuffisant et un deuxième chariot à plateaux serait apprécié afin de réduire l'attente ( plus de 10 minutes). Forte odeur de peinture partout dans l'hôtel. Hôtel en travaux avec des outils un peu partout ( attention aux enfants). Une Literie top confort et une grande chambre cependant le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon si je regarde les autres hôtels BNB que j'ai fait cette année. Un accueil plus chaleureux et personnalisé comme dans les autres hôtels de l'enseigne aurait été très apprécié. Cet hôtel est très beau mais nous avons été très déçu par le prix du petit déjeuner, l'accueil, les travaux et la salle de bains non nettoyée. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel mais je continuerai à être client BNB hôtel

Tram C juste en face. Lit un peu dure. Parfait pour deux nuits pas "trop" cher à Bordeaux. Local à vélo disponible et fermé à clé.
