Anyone who likes staying in modern accommodation in the centre of a capital city will find the new B&B HOTEL Berlin-Tiergarten an ideal location. Berlin is not just the political capital of Germany. The city also has many cultural highlights as a result of its history. Checkpoint Charlie, the Brandenburg Gate and the Triumphal column are just some of the countless historical attractions. Berlin is also a meeting point for many different artists, who add to the city’s vibrant and constantly evolving arts scene. Make sure you allow plenty of time to really discover the city.

Location

The B&B HOTEL Berlin-Tiergarten is located just 400m from the Straße des 17. Juni, which is better-known in various sporting events as the ‘Fan’s Mile’. It runs directly past the Triumphal Column and the Brandenburg Gate to the centre of Berlin. The hotel is located just 20 minutes walk from the Berlin Zoo, Germany’s oldest zoological gardens. With more than 18.000 animals, it enchants its visitors on a daily basis. From the nearby ‘Tiergarten’ S-Bahn station, the city’s various sights and attractions are all within easy reach. 

Facilities

Our modern rooms are equipped to accommodate up to four people. Whether singles, doubles and family rooms, each contains a brightly tiled bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. The rooms are also soundproofed and air-conditioned, to ensure an ambient and comfortable temperature even on the hottest days. All rooms are also equipped with a flat-screen TV, wardrobe and desk.

Free extras

You can enjoy satellite TV programs free of charge on your flat-screen TV throughout your stay. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge throughout the hotel. 

Additional services

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. With our B&B HOTELS breakfast buffet you’ll get off to a flying start. Snacks and drinks are available 24/7 from the vending machines in our lobby. Pets are, of course, welcome and can stay in your room for an additional cost. For a small fee per night, subject to availability, you are welcome to park your car in our underground carpark. In addition, there is now new: an electric charging station from the provider ChargeOne for your electric car, directly at the hotel. Here you can find more information about our charging stations.

Culture tax

The City of Berlin charges a so-called ‘culture tax.’ Employees are no longer required to provide an employer certificate — as long as the employer books and pays the accommodation, and leaves a note in the booking confirming that the accommodation is mandatory for business reasons.

Tolles, preiswertes Hotel Nähe S-Bahn und HBF

Das B&B-Hotel Berlin Tiergarten liegt fußläufig ca. 300 Meter vom gleichnamigen S-Bahnhof entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten bequem und das Frühstück hat ein angenehmes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für ein oder zwei Übernachtungen vermisst man auch nicht unbedingt einen Schrank, in dem man seine Sachen aufbewahren kann.

Kurztrip

Für ein WE haben wir dieses Hotel gewählt, nah an der S-Bahn, 3 Bett Zimmer, wie benötigt. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Alles was man braucht, war da. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Vanaf opening hotel: super

Ik kom al vele jaren in dit hotel. Ik ben altijd zeer tevreden. Bedden zijn heerlijk, ontbijt goed en Sport 1 (kanaal 16) op de tv. Tenslotte vriendelijk personeel.

Getting to the hotel 

A115, heading towards Berlin-Tegel Flughafen/Berlin-Zentrum: At the motorway junction 1-Funkturm, follow the signs to the A100 towards Hamburg/Wedding. Take the Kaiserdamm exit and follow the B2. Turn left onto Salzufer and then right onto Englische Straße.

Bus/rail: From Berlin’s main train station, take the S5/S7/S75 to Tiergarten. The stop is at the junction of Englische Straße. From there it is a 350m walk to B&B HOTEL Berlin-Tiergarten.

Note: The B&B HOTEL Berlin-Tiergarten is currently undergoing renovation work on the water pipes. Therefore, there may be hourly restrictions on the water supply in the period from 01.08. to 31.08.2022.
