Angenehmer Aufenthalt Trotz Renovierungsarbeiten ![trustyou]()
Da ich tagsüber beim Kunden war habe ich von den Renovierungsarbeiten nur wenig mitbekommen. Fairerweise wurde der Umstand auf der Hotelhomepage kommuniziert. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist perfekt, um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Durch die gute Isolierung der Fenster ist im Zimmer alles ruhig.

sauberes Hotel in Stadtnähe mit Abstrichen bei Qualität des Frühstücks ![trustyou]()
Auf Geschäftsreise für eine Nacht. Zimmer nach "hinten", nicht die Bahnhofsseite, daher ruhig. Sehr zentrumsnah, sehr gut. Einzelzimmer war Doppelzimmer mit zusätzlicher Doppelstockaufbettung, daher sehr eng. Pappbecher statt Glas im Bad, alles auf "Umwelt" getrimmt..dafür geht der Badlüfter ewig..das beist sich. Frühstück von Qualität und Quantität sehr ausbaufähig. Buffet war ein 2m breiter Bereich. Bitte suchen Sie dort nicht nach Rühr-/Spiegeleier: es gibt nur hartgekochte Eier, die sich nicht schälen lassen. Wurst und Käse aus dem "Standard"-Einkaufsbereich der Supermärkte. Preis/Leistung: mittel. Waren im trüben November. Möchte nicht wissen, was es kostet in Hauptsaison.

Nettes Hotel direkt neben dem Bahnhof, aber trotzdem bei geschlossenem Fenster völlig ruhig. Auch bei geöffnetem Fenster nur geringe geräuschbelastung vom Bahnhof. Alles völlig in Ordnung

Lieblings-B&B für Frankfurtbesuche, jetzt verschlimmbessert ![trustyou]()
Das B&B Bad Homburg ist meine bevorzugte Wahl für Frankfurtbesuche: Mit der S-Bahn vor der Tür ist man nach dem Frühstück im Handumdrehen schon am Hauptbahnhof in Frankfurt. Anders als in den Frankfurter Hotels gibt es hier dafür eine super ruhige Lage ohne Verkehrslärm in der Nacht, so dass man bei offenem Fenster herrlich schlafen konnte. Nun wurden die Zimmer renoviert (obwohl sie eigentlich immer tadellos in Ordnung waren) und damit neu ein Sicherungskabel an die Fenster montiert, so dass diese sich nur noch einen winzigen Spalt öffnen lassen und in dieser Position nicht einmal arretieren. Damit ist einer der allergerößten Pluspunkte und Alleinstellungsmerkmal dieses B&Bs fast vollständig dahin. :-(

Familienzimmer mit Hund ![trustyou]()
Hotel wird aktuell renoviert, deswegen war unser Zimmer komplett neu. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, viele Bio Produkte, Wurst hätte evtl etwas mehr sein können, aber verhungert sind wir trotzdem nicht. Aber uns fällt bei jedem Besuch auf, dass der Teppich einen komischen Geruch hat (evtl vom Reiniger). War zwar letztens leichter, aber trotzdem wahrnehmbar. Aber im großen und ganzen, ist es ein gutes und billiges Hotel

From the A5: At the Bad Homburger Kreuz (17) motorway junction, take the A661 in the direction of Oberursel/Bad Homburg, take the Bad Homburg motorway exit (3) in the direction of Bad Homburg-Stadtmitte and drive on Pappelallee, take the industrial estates/district office ramp, drive on the Südring, continue on Zeppelinstraße, turn right turn onto Else-Kröner-Straße, continue on Horexstraße, the B&B HOTEL Bad Homburg is on the left-hand side. Discounted parking is available in the public car park next to the hotel.
