Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hope you know that this was my second stay at this B&B hotel.&B

I stayed here before on 19th and 20 th December 2024. Now I stayed here from. 6th January till 10th January. This becomes my second stay. You mentioned on the advertisement BREAKFAST FREE ON YOUR SECOND STAY, but I was charged for breakfast.
