General Terms and Conditions of the Promotion: Poland

General terms and conditions of the STAMP &SAVE Promotion (valid from April 2024).

Upon collecting 5 stamps, guests are eligible for a free weekend stay on your 6th stay.

  1. One room / stay booking entitles you to one stamp, regardless of the number of nights booked and the number of persons staying in the rooms.
  2. The collection of five stamps guarantees a free two nights weekend  stay (for max. 2 persons) in one standard double room with breakfast in any B&B HOTELS located in Poland.
  3. The free stay is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

Terms and Conditions for Stamp and Collect promotion B&B Hotels Polska :

  1. The Organiser of the promotion is B&B HOTELS Polska Sp. z o.o., Plac Przymierza 6, 03-944 Warszawa, 

             having the tax identification number: 5252421465.

  1. Promotion applies to accommodation in B&B HOTELS Polska sp. z o.o
  2. The promotion starts on 22/04/2024 and continues until 31/12/2024
  3. Promotion is open to all guests who stay at B&B Hotels Polska properties.
  4. Participants must be of legal age to participate in the program.
  5. One room / stay booking entitles you to one stamp, regardless of the number of booked nights and persons staying in the rooms. 
  6. Coupons for the stamps are available at the reception and the first stamp will be given to the participant at the end of the stay, regardless of how the reservation was made. 
  7. Next stamps will be issued after each stay reserved according to the rules.
  8. The collection of five stamps guarantees weekend stay (for max two consecutive nights and for max. 2 persons) in one standard double room with breakfast in any B&B HOTELS in Poland* Subject to availability.
  9. A free stay reservation has to be indicated during the process of the reservation to a Hotel employee. A free stay can be used during your stay, which is preceded by a reservation using one of the following channels:– Hotel reception (by phone or email) – Representative of the Sales or Marketing Department – Directly at the hotel
  10. Offer does not apply to reservations made by brokers – External booking portals, such as: Booking, Expedia, HRS, e-Travel, Travelist, Weco Travel  or any other 3rd party website or agency.
  11. Group reservations, long stay reservations or contracted stays are not entitled for stamp collection.
  12. The stamp is given to the person whose name appears on the reservation. Stamps have no cash value.
  13. We do not refund money for no-shows.
  14. Free stay needs to be redeemed/used within 90 days from the date of guest’s 5th stay,
  15. A coupon can not be exchanged for money, nor may it be a trade item other than those specified in this Regulation.
  16. Stamps cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. 
  17. Certain room rates or reservations may not be eligible for stamp collection or redemption.
  18. The condition of using the free stay is to present the completed coupon to the reception staff upon check-in
  19. After you have collected the five stamps, you can donate the free stay to a third party and can be used by this person.
  20. Upon compilation  of 3 stays  guests can exchange the voucher to a once off discount of  50% of Best Available Rates/Flexible Rate or Bed and Breakfast rate or local/global negotiated rates (applies  to the first night only) Reservations need to be made directly e.g. reception, B&B HOTELS website, telephone and email. Discount will be applied directly at the reception upon handing over our promotional card. Afterwards, guests can start collection of the stamps again to be entitled to receive a free weekend stay( Friday-Sunday)
  21. The use of the free nights is subject to a non-refundable booking which means that there is no possibility to cancel your booking and use it on another date.
  22. The number of rooms to be used in the promotion is limited. In certain periods, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the booking and end the promotion without giving a reason.
  23. The hotel employee is entitled to refuse to accept and receive a coupon if they have doubts as to the authenticity, legality of origin and the number of nights spent.
  24. Stamps are given only on the original coupons. In case the guest does not have the coupon with them a stamp will not be issued.
  25. Number of coupons is limited.

  27. B&B Hotels Polska is not responsible for lost or stolen stamps.
  28. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

In matters not governed by this Regulation, appropriate provisions of the Civil Code. Any disputes arising out of the performance of obligations related to the use of coupons will be settled by the Court of Appeal appropriate to the headquarters of the Organiser of the promotion.
