Educational oppotunities for everyone
In addition to public screenings, the planetarium also offers educational programs for schools and groups. These programs are specifically designed to familiarize students and young people with astronomical concepts and spark their interest in the science of the universe. Did you already know?
In addition to the planetarium itself, the Stuttgart Planetarium also operates the Welzheim Observatory. It is located away from light pollution in the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park near the climatic health resort of Welzheim and serves as an observation station for the planetarium in Stuttgart.
