The first housing projects were built in 1904. In 1954, Emmaüs had a basic subdivision built, which was called the Quartier des Marguerites. At the end of the 1960s, a “little housing development” was built in the city centre.

Numerous well-marked pedagogical trails offer the chance to discover the local flora and fauna. In particular, you can enjoy the tree trail, a 3.2-kilometre loop.
