What is the important information before my stay?

Want to know a tip to save time? It's simple ! Thanks to online check-in from a distance, available in some hotels, receive your room number and access code directly on your mobile.

Little advice: room rental is from 2 p.m. to 12 p.m. the next day, take the opportunity to drop off your belongings at the hotel when arriving in town in the early afternoon! Access your room at any time, thanks to the interactive terminal located at the entrance to the hotel which allows you to obtain your room number as well as the access code. Remember to bring your reservation number and your credit card. Once this step has been passed, all you have to do is have a good night!

The only condition is that bank cards must be equipped with a chip to be accepted in our hotel establishments in France. If your card only has a magnetic stripe, you will need to use a new method of payment and arrive imperatively during hotel opening hours.

Need to cancel your stay at the last minute? This is possible for any reservation outside of a promotional offer, remember to cancel no later than before 7:00 p.m. on the day of your stay, by indicating it by telephone to our reservation center or directly with the hotelier. You can also go through the website. After this time, the first night will be automatically charged and your reservation will be canceled for the rest of your stay.
