Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Un service local exemplaire malgré une maison mère décevante

Personnellement, j’ai rencontré deux problèmes avec la maison mère de B&B Hotels, que je trouve extrêmement peu professionnelle. Une fois, une erreur s’est glissée dans l’une de mes réservations, et leur attitude a été très désagréable. En revanche, la direction de cet hôtel à Nantes est tout simplement irréprochable : professionnelle, accueillante et à l’écoute. Ils m’ont aidé malgré les dysfonctionnements de leur siège. C’est précisément pour cette raison que c’est le seul établissement de la chaîne dans lequel je continuerai à séjourner.
