Jörg Löhr Seminar in Mainz
Ich bin zu einem Seminar nach Mainz gefahren und wie in vielen anderen Städten war das B&B Hotel der ideale Ausgangspunkt dafür. Das nächste B&B Hotel in der nächsten Stadt (wieder am Hauptbahnhof) ist auch schon gebucht.

Da ist noch Luft nach oben...
Ich war um 14:10 Uhr vor Ort. Check-in ist offiziell ab 15:00 Uhr – wenn man früher aufs Zimmer möchte, kostet das 15 Euro. Ich verstehe, dass eine Gebühr anfällt, wenn jemand bereits um 11:00 oder 12:00 Uhr einchecken will. Aber warum soll ich denselben Betrag zahlen, wenn es nur um 50 Minuten geht? In anderen Hotels wie Ibis oder Mercure durfte ich immer ins Zimmer, sobald es fertig war – ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Kundenfreundlichkeit? Fehlanzeige. Hier geht es nur ums Geld. Dazu kam noch ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss – es roch, als wäre ich auf einem Bahnhofsklo. Klar, das Hotel ist günstig und die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist praktisch. Aber für 80 Euro bekomme ich definitiv etwas Besseres.

Alles in allem sehr angenehm für die Übernachtung. Es hat alles gepasst, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Friedlich Freundlich Funktional
Das b&b Mainz ist absolut empfehlenswert - sehr freundlicher Service, sauberes Zimmer, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei bester Ausstattung. Parkplatz am Haus, auch für Elektroautos. Sehr gut! Danke.

Sehr gut, ich würde wieder kommen.
Sehr freundliches Personal, Anreise war auch am späten Abend noch möglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und der Preis unschlagbar. Sehr gut war auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Preis-Leistung stimmt
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer sehr dunkel weil es nur ein kleines Fenster hatte. Was mich sehr gestört hat war: Wir kamen um 14 Uhr an und eigentlich ist Check in um 15 Uhr. Das ist eigentlich okay falls das Zimmer noch nicht fertig ist. Aber die Dame sagte uns wir könnten schon ins Zimmer wenn wir extra € 15 bezahlen würden ansonsten müssten wir bis 15 Uhr warten. Das ist mir in noch keinem Hotel passiert und ich reise viel. Sie war dann außerdem sehr unfreundlich zu uns, weil ich das nicht bezahlt habe und lieber gewartet habe. Der Kollege der neben ihr saß hat uns nicht mal begrüßt obwohl er uns angeschaut hat. Vielleicht sollte man hier das Personal mal auf Freundlichkeit schulen.

Waren zufrieden
Im ganzen , war alles gut. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, für paar Nächte aber ausreichend. Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit. Parkplatz kostenlos, auch ein Plus. Ganz nah am Bahnhof. Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
