Muy recomendable

El trato ha sido excelente, la habitación muy confortable y equipada con todo lo necesario. La zona de desayuno es pequeña pero con variedad. La forma de facturación y de check-in para las personas que viajamos por empresa también es ágil y cómoda.

Grata sorpresa

Teníamos reserva en otro hotel cercano la cual anulamos nada más llegar porque la habitación era tercermundista. Por suerte preguntamos y quedaba una habitación libre. Desde el primer momento Marta Gascón nos atendió de maravilla, personal súper amable, siempre pendiente de que no te falte de nada, habitación súper amplia y cómoda, lo mismo que el baño. La verdad que nos encantó tanto el hotel como el personal que nos atendió. Si volvemos a Madrid por negocios, repetiremos seguro.
