Get what you paid for
Well located, clean and good beds. The expresso machine with some capsules in the room was really appreciated. The bathroom misses a heating system as the bathroom as it is all ceramic like materials. The staff in the reception was very attentive, but not the one who made our check in.

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, horrible smell in bathroom.
I think the title says it all. Comfortable bed, clean bedding. Leaving windows open for two days while in the room, did not alleviate the sewer smell in the bathroom. No ventilation system. I actually gagged every time I would enter and had to wear a mask. It was the worst experience due to the bathroom sewage smell. Stayed on the third floor. Had to take bags outside to another building to get to the room. Had to sit on the floor to go through bags or put them on the bed due to the tiny space. No closet space for items of clothing, but a small rack. I would’ve been tolerable if it weren’t for the sewage smell. Your friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Breakfast was decent. Not much to do about the room space but mold in the shower behind the plastic over the windows needs to be treated. Sewage system should be repaired and ventilation added to the bathroom. Very nice staff and a comfortable that made a big difference. Excellent location.

Great one night stay in heart of Milan
Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer! It was convenient to Milan sites. The terrace view of Duomo is beautiful! Service was great and room was clean!
