Falta de información a la llegada al hotel sobre el tipo de habitación que se me asigna. Me dan una habitación en una planta que está en obras y no me avisan de ello. Me dan la habitación más pegada a la caja del ascensor y toda la noche estuve oyendo subir y bajar al ascensor por mala o inexistente insonorización. El grifo monomando de la ducha no mezcla bien el agua y además el caudal no es constante. El aparato de aire acondicionado no funcionó cuando quise ponerlo en marcha por la noche para calentar la habitación. A la mañana siguiente descubro que el interruptor-diferencial de la caja de interruptores que corresponde al aire acondicionado estaba bajado (posición off) y por ello no funcionó el aparato durante la noche. Resumiendo: una noche de hotel para olvidar.

Hotel muy limpio y buen situado , personal amable y muy atento , la experiencia fue fantástica, volveremos sin duda si vamos de nuevo a Tarragona .

Hotel amable, tranquilo y limpio.
La atención, amabilidad, profesionalidad del personal es excelente. La nevera en la habitación y poder tomar café y té en cualquier momento son buenas ideas.
