Très satisfait de mon séjour à l'hôtel B&B Pau Lescar, avec un bémol concernant les difficultés de réservation (problèmes informatiques au niveau du système de réservation B&me)

Malgré des difficultés de réservations dues au blocage informatique de mon compte B&me.
17/08/26 _ Plusieurs échanges avec votre service clients (par mails dans un premier temps et ensuite par téléphone) La copie des mails est à votre disposition si besoin.
Pour finalement me dire qu’il faut réinitialiser mon compte et que les réservations déjà effectuées ne seront pas perdues
Après avoir suivi les instructions je me rends compte que la réservation pour le B&B de Pau Lescar a disparue !
19/08/26 _ Après contact téléphonique, votre service clients me confirme que la réservation initiale pour Pau Lescar (réservation du 08/08/26) n’apparait plus (à disparue !). Mon interlocuteur ne la voit pas sur son système informatique. À la suite de mon agacement il me conseille de faire une nouvelle réservation, identique. Ce que je m’empresse de faire, tout en restant en ligne avec votre service client, jusqu’à la confirmation de la nouvelle réservation (en date du 19/08/26). Hélas pour moi, j’avais oublié que la conversation était payante ! (Durée de plus de 21 minutes, soit un coût qui m’a été facturé de 7,44 euros). Votre Service Client aurait pu me rappeler aussitôt le problème exposé pour m’éviter cette durée de mise en communication à ma charge.
Cependant je tiens particulièrement à remercier les gérants de l’hôtel B&B de Pau Lescar pour leur vigilance relative au suivi de leurs réservations et de m’avoir contacté directement (téléphoniquement) dès le matin après avoir constaté qu’il y avait en fait 2 réservations identiques (la 1ère non visible depuis mon compte). Je les ai rappelés dans l’après-midi pour clarifier la situation, puis je suis passé en fin d’après-midi pour faire le « chek-in ». C’est le B&B de Pau Lescar qui a annulé la réservation en double (impossible à faire de mon côté).
Accueil très cordial et sympathique. Je recommande cet hôtel (pour moi, il vaut bien un 3 ***).
Ce n’est pas la 1ère fois que j’y vais et je maintien ma recommandation.
Une autre mention de satisfaction pour votre Service Client : très réactif (mail et téléphone). Ce qui n’est pas le cas du Service informatique de B&B.
Nota : Pour le B&B de Pau Lescar, un grille-pain dans la salle de petit-déjeuner (comme dans d'autres B&B) serait un plus appréciable.
