No último dia da estadia de 6 noites, estava a realizar o check out e questionei á menina da recepção se poderia guardar as malas durante umas horas, a resposta dela foi "It's not possible, thank you". O meu namorado, passado uns minutos, questionou a mesma coisa e ela disse que sim, que guardavam as malas, super simpática e atenciosa. Está situação criou uma imagem negativa sobre o staff e o hotel, considero mesmo que sofri um ato de descriminação.
