Zentrales Hotel zwischen Porz und Ostheim
Sauber und ordentliches Hotel mit unkomplizierter Buchung und Check-In. Die Stornierungsbedingungen sind sehr flexibel, d.h. man kann noch am selben Tag kostenlos stornieren. Zimmer mit kleinem Bad und TV, Garderobe und Tischchen. Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Tür. Für uns ideal gelegen, da wir ein Zimmer benötigten, das nah am Badischen Viertel in Ostheim liegt.

From 1 July 2024, the City of Cologne's overnight accommodation tax will apply to all forms of overnight accommodation, regardless of whether the overnight stay is absolutely necessary for business purposes or not.
It is no longer necessary to provide information on the purpose of the trip when checking in using a form
The tax rate is 5 per cent on the price of the overnight stay.
There are some exceptions. The following are exempt from taxation:
- People who are dependent on temporary accommodation in an accommodation establishment because they have lost their home due to fire or water damage, for example.
- Refugees who are assigned accommodation in accommodation establishments.
- School trips authorised by the school management
Overnight stays of persons due to medically necessary treatment and necessary accompanying persons upon request.
