Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Nous prenons en compte vos remarques et sommes navrés de voir que durant votre séjour un incident, indépendant de notre volonté, ait eu lieu. Lorsque vous nous avez fait la remarque concernant la moquette mouillée (dans le couloir) nous avons tout de suite pris les choses en main. Vous n'aviez pas de dégâts dans votre chambre. En effet, l'électricité a coupé lors de cet évènement et nous vous avons demandé si cela vous avez impacté. Vous nous avez répondu négativement. Aussitôt interpellé à ce sujet, nous avons remis l'électricité dans les chambres aux alentours de cet incident. Nous sommes peinés de voir que vous considérez notre hôtel comme entrée de gamme alors que nous sommes un hôtel 3* moderne, avec un petit-déjeuner varié (sucré, salé, produits locaux...) où la grande majorité des retours sont très positifs.
