Soggiorno al B&B HOTEL Madrid Centro Fuencarral 46 Apartamentos
La posizione dell'hotel/appartamento è strategica, a due passi dalla Gran Via e nel pieno centro di Madrid. Nelle immediate vicinanze molti negozi, un grande e fornito supermercato e diversi locali per mangiare. Lo staff molto gentile e cordiale e disponibile. Molto gradita la possibilità di accedere al terrazzo al 5 piano con possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente h24 di bevande calde (caffè, cioccolata, té, latte, cappuccino...), fredde (acqua, succo mela, succo ananas), biscotti secchi (3 tipologie differenti) e diversa varietà di frutta (banane, mele, arance, prugne ecc). La pulizia della stanza era mediamente buona per gli standard esteri. Il problema principale riguardava l'odore di scarico presente nel bagno (che saliva dallo scarico della doccia) e nella rottura del sistema di aspirazione del bagno che faceva sì che l'odore rimanesse sempre presente. L'angolo cottura era pulito, ma la lavastoviglie inutilizzabile per il forte odore di scarico che aveva all'interno. Il divano letto comodo, ma assai sporco il coprimaterasso (che ho preferito levare) tanto che aveva all'interno anche dei vestiti dei precedenti occupanti oltre a capelli e peli vari. Le lenzuola presenti in armadio per il divano letto erano strappate e logore e ho chiesto di sostituirle alla reception, cosa che prontamente è stata fatta. Nel complesso una soluzione dignitosa e, con qualche adattamento, accettabile per un soggiorno breve di 3-4 giorni, tuttavia basterebbe qualche attenzione in più sul fronte pulizia e manutenzione per rendere il soggiorno davvero perfetto, peccato perché le potenzialità sono davvero molte!

Apartamento muy agradable en una ubicación inmejorable
Me encantó: ubicación, decoración, comodidad, amplitud, sala de café 24 horas, productos Dove en el baño, útiles de limpieza en la cocina. A mejorar: En la cocina hay cápsulas de café, pero ninguna cafetera. La jabonera dentro de la ducha está destrozada y da muy mala imagen.
