[PC1]This clause is unclear. The meaning of “city pages” is not crystal clear and the reference to the countries seems to mean that the ranking also depends on (unclear) local criteria. Consequently, we suggest amending this clause for clearness purposes to comply with the Omnibus Directive and the Implementing Decree stating that not providing the consumer with information “on the main parameters determining the ranking of products presented to the consumer as a result of the search query and the relative importance of those parameters, as opposed to other parameters […]” is an unfair commercial practice, which as such could be sanctioned by the Italian Competition Authority (“AGCM”) with fines ranging between EUR 5,000 and EUR 10 million, depending also on the gravity of the violation.
