In all our hotels in Spain you can check-in online, you will only have to go to reception to get your room key. 

In addition, we are working to improve our products, processes and technological services and in some hotels it is not necessary to go to reception to get your key. At the kiosk at the hotel entrance, after entering your details and passing through facial recognition, you will get a code to access your room. This allows you to avoid crowds at reception, guaranteeing maximum security for both guests and staff.

You will be able to arrive at the time you want avoiding waiting, and you will be able to enter the hotel when the reception is closed. Convenient, isn't it?

In addition, we have an emergency number that you can contact if you have any kind of problem.
