Take the M5 subway line ("lilac line") and get off at the Lotto stop.
Take the subway M1 ("red line"), get off at Lotto stop.

By car:

Highway A8 (Milan-Varese): exit Milano, direction Milano Centro/Viale Certosa, follow for San Siro.
A4 Motorway (Torino-Trieste): from Turin, before the Milan toll booth, continue towards Linate, exit at Settimo Milanese/Via Novara and then towards San Siro; from Trieste, towards Milano Centro, exit at Viale Certosa, and continue in the direction of San Siro.
A1 Motorway (Milan-Rome): pass the "barrier" of Melegnano, ring road west, exit at Settimo Milanese/Via Novara and continue towards San Siro.
