The Scharoun Theatre is primarily a touring theatre. A lovely thing to see are the unique takes on Christmas fairytales. In addition to music and youth theatre, the genre also include ballet. The “Youth Theatre” uses the back stage in the theatre building, as well as the indoor pool complex in the city centre. At the beginning of March, the “Revolving Ball” takes place in the foyer and stage area.
In Autostadt in Wolfsburg Car Museum, hundreds of thousands of new cars are picked up each year. The site also acts as a large theme park. Here visitors can, over some 28 hectares, explore the world of mobility. In the eight pavilions, you can see examples of the brands of the Volkswagen Group. In the Group Forum you can visit the "Level Green" exhibition, or refuel in one of the restaurants. Various events such as readings, cooking classes and concerts take place throughout the year.
